Luke’s Trust have helped fund the start up costs of a new, totally free, Parkrun at Blaise Castle in Bristol, which launched last Saturday. The free 5k Blaise run will now be held every Saturday morning at 9am. Parkrunners are a very friendly bunch and the runs are open to ages 11 plus, without the need for an adult. Ages 7 plus can also take part with an adult. The events are completely free and all you need to do is register below for your own personal barcode.
